DeAnna L. Werbicky is an experienced Commercial Sales and Leasing Associate and has been with our firm since 2000. She handles leasing and sales of office, retail and industrial properties, with emphasis on tenant representation of office and retail clients. Prior to joining Millennium Commercial Real Estate Services, she worked with Transwestern Commercial Services in their Las Vegas office and then had a successful term with David Lewis & Associates handling transactions in the full range of commercial properties but with emphasis on office and retail properties.

Cameron Wilson is the Vice President and has excelled in the handling the full range of brokerage activities for office, retail and industrial properties with our firm since 2001. Mr. Wilson focuses on tenant representation, with an emphasis on industrial properties. Through his numerous transactions, he has developed on keen understanding of the industrial submarkets in the Las Vegas Valley and utilizes that knowledge to the benefit of his tenant representation clients. He also holds a Property Management Endorsement as a part of his Nevada real estate license. He is presently a CCIM designation candidate and the recipient of a CCIM scholarship in 2004. Prior to joining our firm, Mr. Wilson worked in customer service for a national internet services provider.

Melanie Braud joined our Commercial Sales, Leasing and Property Management team in 2004. Her extensive integrated property management and leasing experience makes her an invaluable advisor to clients. For three years immediately prior to joining Millennium Commercial, Ms. Braud was a Leasing Specialist with the Asset Services Group of CB Richard Ellis where she excelled in providing advisory services to a diverse group of clients. Prior to that, Ms. Braud was the Regional Asset Manager with The Ribeiro Corporation where she was responsible for the leasing and management of a portfolio of properties in excess of 1 million square feet. Ms. Braud holds a Property Management Endorsement as part of her Nevada real estate license. She is actively involved with Girl Scouts of America and Alzheimer’s Association Southern Nevada Region

Jessica Wilson is our Office Manager and rejoined our firm for the second time in 2007. Ms. Wilson is responsible for accounts payable and accounts receivable for our management services portfolio. Ms. Wilson has an extensive customer service background and immediately prior to returning to Millennium Commercial she was the Quality Assurance Manager with Sitel.

Justin Nicholas joined our firm in 2005 as our building maintenance supervisor. Mr. Nicholas is hands-on, performing many of the day-to-day maintenance functions for the properties we manage. He also assists with bidding and supervision of maintenance contracts with other vendors. Mr. Nicholas has over 10 years of extensive maintenance experience, including having his own “handyman service”. Having Mr. Nicholas as part of our team enables us to respond more quickly to the urgent service requests of our tenants, property owners and clients.
