Ms. Ryan-Thrailkill is the founder and corporate broker of Millennium Commercial Real Estate Services, a full service commercial real estate brokerage and property management firm based in Las Vegas, NV. The firm handles office, industrial, retail and land, leasing, sales and property management for commercial assets.

Ms Ryan-Thrailkill has 24 years of commercial real estate experience of which the last 10 have been in Las Vegas. Prior to forming her own company in 1999, her experience included:

For the previous 5.5 years, she was the Senior Vice President of Operations for Transwestern Commercial Services, a national real estate services provider, with overall responsibility for all real estate management and leasing, sales, acquisitions and development in Nevada for a portfolio of institutionally owned property valued at $50 million. She received many awards while a member of this firm including the Legendary Service Award, Top Producer in Leasing and Top Producer in Investment Sales.

Prior to joining Transwestern, she was a partner in the industrial division of Lee & Associates Commercial Real Estate Services, one of the largest commercial brokerage firms in the country. She led the office in industrial brokerage activities during her tenure there and was awarded Rookie of the Year and Top Producing Agent awards.

Ms. Ryan-Thrailkill came to southern Nevada to head up the Las Vegas office for Nevada's largest industrial developer, Dermody Properties. Her responsibilities included development, property management, leasing and profit and loss accountability for this rapidly growing portfolio.

In Colorado, as the Regional Manager for R&B Realty Group, a nationally known residential and commercial property management firm, she was responsible for all aspects of the management and leasing of over 2 million square feet of commercial properties with a market value of over $210 million. During her 7 years with this firm, she accumulated numerous leasing and management awards.

Her real estate career started in Southern California in 1978 with The Olen Companies. Her responsibilities as the Director of Marketing included the marketing and leasing of a multi-building portfolio of office and industrial properties.
